Name, email, phone, mailing address, property details, hardship information, document checklists, financial pre- qualification details, attorney contact, and any messages submitted through our contact, pre-qualify, schedule-showing, investor registration, or distressed homeowner intake forms.
• Account information. If you sign in (saved searches, investor account, admin), we store your email, hashed credentials managed by our authentication provider, role, and saved preferences.
• Usage data. IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, search filters, listings saved or viewed, and timestamps — collected through standard server logs and cookies.
• MLS search activity. Saved listings, saved searches, and digest preferences linked to your account or session.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide brokerage services.
• To send the requested email summary of your submission to you and our admin team.
• To deliver listing alerts, daily digests, and saved-search notifications you have opted into.
• To comply with NY DOS, OneKey® MLS, MLS GRID, RESO, NAR, and fair-housing rules, and to maintain transaction records.
• To prevent fraud, secure the Site, and improve performance.

3. MLS & Listing Data

Listing information displayed on the Site is sourced from OneKey® MLS as distributed by MLS GRID and is subject to the OneKey® MLS IDX Rules and the MLS GRID Data License Agreement. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. We do not sell MLS data, and your search activity on this Site is not shared with third-party data brokers.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to:

• Service providers who host the Site, deliver email, store files, and provide authentication and database services, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Cooperating brokers and licensed service providers (such as inspectors and title) when you ask us to facilitate a transaction.
• Government, regulatory, or judicial authorities when required by law (subpoena, court order, NY DOS audit, MLS audit).

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember saved listings, and protect against abuse. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate Site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some Site features (saved searches, sign-in) require cookies to function.

6. Communications & Opt-Out

When you submit a form, you consent to be contacted by East End Luxury Ltd. by email, phone, or text regarding your inquiry. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by emailing info@longislandforeclosures.com. We may still contact you about active transactions or requested services.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain submission records for as long as required by NY DOS broker recordkeeping rules (currently three years) and for legitimate business purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encrypted storage, role- based access, and Row-Level Security policies on our database. No system is 100% secure; do not transmit sensitive financial or hardship documents over unencrypted email.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@eastendluxury.com. We will respond within 30 days. Brokerage records required by NY DOS or court order cannot be deleted.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for 30 days.
